• This card entitles the user to access to the lounge, buffet and soft beverages

• Any other services availed will be chargeable

• No alcohol will be served basis this card

• Access will be allowed 3 hours prior to departure

• This card will not be valid in case it is damaged and no duplicate card will be issued

• Usage of this card shall always be subject to the terms and conditions of the lounge usage

• Management’s decision will be final in case of any dispute and shall be subjected to jurisdiction of Mumbai courts

• Steps to Redeem

• Customer approaches the lounge reception and informs that he has a E – Gift Card

• The Receptionist will verify the same on the Qwikcilver portal

• Once verified

• The Receptionist will then enter the details into the TFS Lounge Management system – Maxworth

• The guest will then be given access to the lounge and can use all the facilities for a period as per terms and conditions defined

• No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards
