• This is a Raymond Instant Gift Card (GC) that can be redeemed at any “The Raymond Shop” within India- valid for 365 days from the date of issue

• Raymond Instant Gift Cards cannot be revalidated once expired

• This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for Cash/Gift Card/Credit Notes

• The bearer of the Raymond Gift Card Code is deemed to be the beneficiary

• If the GC details are lost, no duplicate vouchers shall be issued

• The Instant GC needs to be presented to the cashier at the store before final billing of your purchase

• Only a valid Instant GC at the sole discretion of the listed Raymond outlets shall be accepted for redemption

• Raymond may add or remove any outlet without giving any prior notice

• Raymond Instant Gift Card cannot be redeemed against any tailoring charges incurred

• Multiple gift vouchers can be used against one bill

• If the invoice Value is greater than the GC Value, customer can pay the balance amount through Cash, Credit card or Debit card as the case may be

• This is a ONE time use Gift Card

• No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GC will be given

• No shareholdeRs or other discounts are applicable on purchase made with this voucher

• Raymond Instant GC cannot be used during sale
  This Instant GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates

• Raymond may add or delete any date at its sole discretion

• The Company shall not be liable to any Person for any direct, indirect or consequential loss under any circumstances

• Any dispute would be subject to laws in India and subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only

• Raymond Limited shall not be liable for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this Instant GC

• Raymond makes full efforts to accept Gift Card, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same

• Raymond or any of its partneRs would not be liable for any form of compensation etc. on account of an outlet not being able to accept a gift card

• If an Instant Gift Cardgets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours

• No returns and no refunds on gift cards
